RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN - CONTRACT - ARLINGTON, TX
Support Union Bank call center with case and email volume. Respond to Customer concerns and provide resolutions. Make outbound calls to customers.
May be required to perform a variety of customer service and/or office support functions in a high-volume environment for both internal and external customers.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
