Collections Agent/ Account Representative
Full Time Position. High Volume Used Automobile Finance company is looking for energetic collections representative to join our team. Must be available M-F 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm and meet our daily call volume and attendance requirements.
MUST BE BILINGUAL and provide great customer service experience. We have been selling cars and trucks here in Austin for over 20 Years! The position is full time and paid vacation time as well health insurance is available after 90 days. Job Summary
Responsible for reaching out to customers who are delinquent on their account, and work on getting them current.
Primary responsibilities
Call all customers in your queue that are past due.
Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
Attempt to collect payment or make payment arrangements.
Ensure all customer contact information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
Make detailed notes in iDMS
Make follow-up phone calls to customers and production driven voicemails.
Maintain good customer service relations with customers, sales, and other members of our organization.

Compensation: Hourly + Commissions employment type: full-time
Base Pay+Commission: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 /year
