Bilingual Customer Service Representative
English/Spanish Customer Account Representative needed for an automotive paint distributor in South Austin. Candidates will interact with customers and suppliers and will manage/monitor all new orders and inventory levels.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Work with customer on order details and finalize order
Receive all sales orders and input into order management software
Verify if customer has outstanding balance/credit hold, work with customer if needed to clear out account before new order is processed
Collect deposit, pre-payment etc. by credit card if applicable
Mark customer orders on hold in order management software if applicable
Monitor on-hold orders for payments received
Monitor inventory to ensure consistent stocking at all times, including placing work orders for needed product and ensuring timely shipment.
Identify excess inventory or low selling products, make recommendations for discounting, recalling or modifying listings to improve sales.
Monitor and remedy any account performance notifications, overall accounts health.
Minimum Requirements & Traits:
HS Diploma or GED
Proficiency in Quickbooks is preferred, but no required.
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical/problem solving skills.
Customer Service-related experience is ideal.
Excellent work ethic!
