We are a midsized, alternative fashion, e-commerce, company looking for a superstar customer service rep to answer emails, compose outgoing emails, answer Facebook messages, and interact on the website live chat box as customer service and sales. Hoping to find someone who shares our love for alternative fashion and general badassery. The company has 5 people on the team (you would be #6) and we are like a family in our little office. It's important that you're flexible, laidback, self motivated and reliable.

Requirements:
-Must own your own, working, laptop with no malware or shared users (you will be handling sensitive and confidential information.)
-Must have access to a reliable car and be able to travel to the office in South Austin off of Burleson Rd. (by the airport) 3-4 days a week.
-Must speak fluent english.
-Must have excellent grammar and spelling.
-Experience in customer service required.
-Experience in digital customer service is a huge plus.
-Knowledge of alternative fashion is preferred.
-Data entry skills are a plus.
This job is part-time to start, but we are looking for someone to grow with us. There will be advancement opportunities as well as the possibility of going full-time if you're a hard worker and a team player.
At first, all hours will be in the office off of Burleson Rd. in south Austin. Then, it will transition into mostly remote work with some office hours.
Since this position will eventually be mostly remote work, we are looking for a self-driven, highly productive person that can be flexible and calm. If you're easily stressed out, this isn't for you. We are looking for a cheerful person that is easy to work with and has a passion for people and the fashion industry.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 /hour
Hours will be morning and midday on some weekdays (flexible) and a few hours every third Saturday.
