Company is in need of 1 Full-time & 1 Part-time Personal Assistant to the CEO of Real Estate Management Company.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills

• Excellent Computer Skills

• Great Knowledge of Quickbooks

• Bookkeeping background is a plus

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to pass a background check and able to be Bonded & Insured.

• Current Drivers license

• Have your own Reliable Vehicle with current insurance.

• Have a good driving record.

Personal Assistant Work:

Grocery shopping

Schedule a house cleaner

House organization - 1-2 hours/mo.

Call to set up appointments

Help schedule/organize my personal calendar (ie integrate all my platforms into one calendar)

Office Organization:

Printing, laminating, cutting papers, etc.

Organizing an office for a sales team

Filling orders/shopping for office supplies

Receiving mail and putting mail away in an orderly fashion

Greet people in the office as they come in

Turn on music in the office, create a welcoming atmosphere
