You will be the first point of contact for our customers by phone as well as greeting customers face to face. We want all customers to be comfortable and relaxed throughout their experience, feeling that they are in good hands and being treated with respect.
Successful candidates will likely possess all of the following:
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone & greet incoming customers
Open and distribute mail
Receive and process credit card payments
Inventory Control
Maintain office & break room supplies
Other duties as needed
Work hours are M-F 8:30-5:30
