YOU
- MUST have experience with toddlers and infants (we currently have only 1 child but will be having another soon)
- Must be independent and friendly as we live on an island, you should be able to make friends here and enjoy paradise
- Interested in personal growth & transformation
- Interested in health, nutrition
- Must have some early childhood education credits/experience
- Good cook
- Upbeat & sunny personality
- Great communicator
- Non-smoker & drug free
- Love the outdoors/nature
- Strong swimmer
- Take initiative
- Experienced traveler
- Current passport!
- Organized (no messy people)
- Love young children and have experience with infants
- Clean driving record & will pass clean background check

- Family of 3, soon to be 4 mom, dad, and 3 year old boy and baby will come
-Living in Hawaii
- Mom & Dad are entrepreneurs in the transformation space and yoga meditation
- Mom is a Women’s leadership mentor dad is an executive/leadership coach
- We are generous with experiences, mentorship, and bonuses
- We do travel, which will be slowing down as baby comes for a few months
- We eat mostly vegetarian food, go to bed early and live a low key life.
- Our play come from outdoor adventures and our work with people in transformation
- There is usually music playing in the house, we go to the beach and we love Pizza & Sushi
- We are creatives and fully invest in the person who lives with us in the role of our nanny poppins
The Position
- Part nanny, part mothers helper to make sure mom can spend as much time with the kids as possible, this includes light house work, dishes, laundry and grocery runs to make sure mom is with the kids. (we do have regular house clening)
- Would start Mid-July 2022
- Approximately 40 Hours per week
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Sunday’s always off
- Engagement and education (words, counting, cognitive development etc)
- Play!
- Responsible for preparing lunches
- Children’s Laundry - (taking out outgrown clothes and packing them away)
- keeping the toys tidy
- Driving him to preschool
- Supporting mom with making sure the house is stocked with all the supplies the children need.
- Being CREATIVE! Create art and new games
- Have dance parties
- High energy play
- 16 month commitment required

Compensation
Room + Board
$450 weekly stipend
Use of car during all off hours
Paid for phone line
bonuses include
$700 each 6 month period for education, virtual or in person classes etc.
