Exceptional Nanny/Household Manager Needed ASAP (Westlake Hills)

Looking for a full-time Nanny/Household Manager to handle extensive & complex household management/personal assistant tasks during the school day and then school pick up and child care for 4 children (ages 18 months - 16 years) in the afternoons/evenings. Nanny Manager will work as part of a team of household staff, including other nannies. Schedule is currently at 40-50 hours per week: M-W-F 10:30am - 6:30pm; T-TH 10:30am - "late" (as late as 9:30pm but Nanny must be flexible). Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an eye for detail and an ability to take on a variety of tasks and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be at least 26 years old, have years of experience working with children and must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. Household management or personal assistant experience is a strong plus! PTO, overtime & mileage reimbursement + nanny car provided when transporting kids.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Child Related

Child Care

Driving children to/from school (30 minute drive), appointments and activities

Enforce the children's completion of assigned chores

Planning activities, outings and parties + helping to purchase gifts (work w/management/family)

Accompany kids on trips and to appointments

Help with scheduling for kids (work with management/family)

Household

Occasional dinner prep

Basic clean up of main living areas

Personal receipt management

Completion of the Closing List daily

General household management tasks including grocery shopping, occasional laundry, checking the mail, accepting/handling packages, arranging and supervising contractors, etc.

Animal Care

Feed cats (morning and evening + enforcing kids' cat responsibilities)

Enforcing/supervising kids' cat responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with children of all ages, good driving record, excellent communication/listening skills, able to work independently, able to be proactive and problem solve, a team player attitude. MUST HAVE RESUME AND REFERENCES!

Benefits include: 5 days of PTO, 5 paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, nanny car provided when transporting kids.

Pay: Starts at $20/hr
