As the DLP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining a global technology infrastructure to support the TU Data Loss Prevention Strategy. You will play a key role in designing and deploying the infrastructure and processes to establish a global ITP-DLP environment. As the ITP-DLP engineer, you will be responsible for developing the holistic scan strategy across various technologies and platforms in order to support DLP and data classification both on-premise and in the cloud.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience designing, deploying, and maintaining global DLP and Information Assurance solutions
  • Expertise with Data Loss Prevention, Data Protection, or Insider Threat security programs
  • Experience with the full suite of M365 Data Loss and Data Protection technologies
  • Experience deploying and maintaining DLP and endpoint security controls
  • Familiarity with logging technologies such as Splunk, LogRhythm, Exabeam, OpenStack, Elastic
  • Experience with onboarding logs into a central SIEM and developing content to support Insider Threat and Data Loss Prevention investigations
  • Familiarity with DLP and UEBA technologies
  • Working knowledge of various security principals; GDPR, HIPAA, HITECH, NIST, PCI guidelines, and other laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of sensitive PHI/PII data
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Strong communication skills

Impact You'll Make:
  • You will drive global scale projects that deliver world-class User/Data Protection controls in support of an ITP-DLP strategy
  • Partner with technology teams to integrate cloud and on-premises solutions
  • Work closely with Cyber Threat teams in support of DLP Polices and integration within the monitoring and alerting practices
  • Provide ongoing knowledge transfer and training of DLP infrastructure capability to DLP and Insider Threat teams
  • Support the Insider Threat and DLP teams' ability to monitor and defend against insider threat TTPs through a comprehensive supporting technology strategy and associated DLP policy
  • Create and maintain comprehensive DLP policy rules that broadly cover sensitive data as well risky behavior across the entire company, as well as specific rules to focus on unique data sets in each geographic location
