Our Accounts Receivable Clerk plays a vital role in setting the team up for success by laying the foundation to accurately invoice our clients and receive timely payments. You will accomplish this by verifying accurate account information through our billing onboarding process and by building trusting relationships with our clients while also ensuring timely payments and collecting on overdue accounts. In this role you will work cross-functionally with our account management and sales teams to resolve any billing disputes. What you will do:Monitor and collect on overdue accounts utilizing multiple internal systems researching and resolving any disputes
Verify and post all client invoices and payments daily
Maintains and updates client billing information including the initial onboarding of new clients in a timely manner ensuring the accuracy of our semi-monthly batch invoicing.
Monitors the support case queue responding to both internal and client billing inquiries
Answer incoming calls to the billing department and handle inquiries
Qualifications for Success:1+ year of Accounts Receivable or Collection Specialist experience
Ability to execute tasks with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing data across multiple platforms
Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
