RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst (English/Spanish).
Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Analyst:
Supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the company hardware and software
Organizing, prioritizing, and documenting daily workload in the IT ticketing request system
Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst will be orienting new end users in hardware, software, and network systems/services available
Troubleshooting, determining root cause, and repairing hardware and software problems
Installing new computers, peripheral devices, software, and work areas; This may include lifting heavy equipment, such as printers, furniture, servers, etc.
As a Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be assisting in tracking hardware inventories, as well as equipment locations
Managing equipment maintenance, such as routine cleaning, service checks, software updates, etc.
Identifying, tracking, and decommissioning obsolete hardware and problem equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED
At least 3-5 years of experience with application software/hardware installation, upgrades, and repairs is required
2-5 years of experience in related areas
Strong experience with WIN7 & WIN10
Experience utilizing SCCM for imaging and software deployments
Strong troubleshooting skills
Understanding of Network fundamentals
Strong documentation skills
Knowledge of MS Outlook/Exchange, MS Office products, SQL Server, Active Directory
Experience with VIOP phone systems preferred (RingCentral)
Experience with VMware VCenter and VDI environments
Excellent multitasking skills
Azure experience
Fluency in both Spanish and English are highly desired
