Title: Business Systems Analyst II Duration: 12 Months Remote Responsibilities:
Create requirements and specifications for learning technology solutions
Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
Ability to simplify complex data and weave together interesting business cases with insights.
Present emerging trends and business insights. Typically for business reviews WBRs, MBRs, QBRs etc
Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies
Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product goals. Identify and share insights and learnings to develop scalable solutions
Influence what to build in the next roadmap, understand ecosystems, and long-term trends, identify new levers to move key metrics
Tests software to detect bugs and errors.
Checks whether a product complies with the requirements.
Support in product documentation.

Strong communicator

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
2+ years’ experience in business analysis, product ownership or QA
Experience communicating to a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Including executives and senior stakeholders
Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Comfortable working in a agile changing and ambiguous environment
Strong Bias for action
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
