Responsibilities
Engage with client engineering and 3rd parties to ensure Client Channel features meet partner needs, and that distribution successfully adopts and deploys new functionality.
Support the Channel sales organization in assessment and operationalization of new partnerships. The role deeply understands the processes and level of effort required to operationalize, and offers insight on immediate commercial and longer term strategic alignment with prospects.
Work in a highly cross-functional environment across Channel sales, Product, Partner Technical Enablement, Customer Experience, and Operations functions:
Product Management- Drive new features and tooling requests with different engineering teams, including new product SKUs, support tools, reporting capabilities, and reseller tools with Dropbox engineering functions.
Partner Technical Enablement- Leverage Partner Technology to help design and debug technical solutions and integrations.
Customer Experience- Help define processes and tools to help address common customer and partner issues that leverage the Support team.
Operations- In addition to running operations for the API platform, engage with other operations roles in delivery of everything from day-to-day operations to complex Channel initiatives.
Provide oversight post-launch, track progress, reporting out on key success criteria, and engaging with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to provide hyper-care post-launch, and to address any issues once in-market.
Evangelize and nurture new launches throughout Dropbox and our partner and customer communities to help them gain traction in-market.

Requirements
Prior cross-functional experience required (ex. Sales, Finance and/or IT)
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills, particularly when orchestrating complex projects with interdependencies across multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills.
Fearless attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a global channel engine
Strong propensity to take initiative; thrives with change and ambiguity
Hands-on experience running operations and/or platforms (SQL, JSON, or JS a plus)
Strong social and self-awareness skills Ability to complete tasks and assignments with a positive, professional and friendly approach.
Plusses:
Proven experience in Channel partnerships a plus (SaaS background preferred)
Hands-on experience running complex technical projects with external and internal stakeholders a plus
Relocation is not available for this position.
Travel is not anticipated for this position.
