Its mission is to build and deliver operations to provide the integrity, experience, and support for Commerce users across the Meta. We’re growing this team to develop new operational capabilities to support Meta’s growing Commerce products, and are looking for people with both the passion and ability to build new operational teams, processes and programs which focus on supporting the customer experience. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses across the Meta.Successful candidates for this team are adaptable, creative, have a bias toward action, aren't afraid of being wrong, and can successfully work across various teams & countries.Required Skills: Design programs and processes that foster effective team collaboration, clear vision and that supports achieving organizational objectives
Provide regular reporting and communicate effectively regarding progress against goals, roadmaps and top line metrics
Influence a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
Proactively identify, advocate and implement enforcement optimizations and technological innovations
Collaborate and lead relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Product, Engineering, Product Policy, Product Marketing, Legal, Ops to ensure that integrity projects are effectively prioritized, resourced and executed to meet long term objectives as well as near term deliverables
Demonstrate strong understanding of the Commerce domain, key performance indicators, and conduct deep analysis of the problem space
Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles
Responsible for managing multiple Integrity programs using Agile best practices. This includes planning, coordinating with cross functional teams, delegating, tracking status and reporting, communicating to the project team and key stakeholders, and creating the appropriate program documents
Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years Program Management and Operations experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Communication experience
Knowledge and/or interest in the integrity and/or Commerce spaces
Experience building connections with stakeholders, cross functional partners and team members through effective communication and collaboration and in delivering results in a data-driven environment
Experience establishing programs, leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth in highly matrixed organizations
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent practical experience
Self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual
Interest in policy, trust & safety, privacy, investigations, or online operations
