Join us and help change the world of real estate, one home at a time.News Corp is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our client services team to support the 2nd largest real estate website, realtor.com®.The Account Manager works in partnership with the realtor.com® New Homes Sales team and reports to the Senior Manager of Client Services. This position serves as the liaison between sales and our clients and our internal operations and finance functions. Efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility are an absolute must and is critical to the success of this role. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills are key, as well as the ability to assess priorities and complete assignments in a timely and thorough manner. Candidate must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interfacing with all levels within our organization and with our clients.Responsibilities will include:Partner with our New Homes sales team to ensure successful media campaign development and implementation on realtor.com

Create proposals/media plans in response to agency/client RFPs (Request for Proposals)

Research available inventory and products to best fit the client’s business needs

Create targeted, optimal media campaigns for our builder clients

Implement new IOs (insertion orders) and revisions in our order management system

Communicate our ad specs to clients and collect creative assets from clients

Coordinate with our Ad Operations team on campaign implementation

Document and escalate technical issues to our Ad Operations team

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on client needs

Analyze internal or third party reports to identify campaigns that are at risk of under-delivery; work with clients to optimize campaigns as needed

Validate monthly billing report data prior to client invoicing

Address questions/concerns from builder clients; when necessary, seek answers/details from the appropriate SME (subject matter expert) – i.e. Product Manager, Ad Operations, Billing, etc.

Provide campaign recaps to client

Client-faced mind-set in dealing with clients that vary in media expertise

Requirements Include:BA/BS degree

3-4+ years online media experience or commensurate office experience required, with advertising agency experience a plus

1+ years experience using ticketing systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, JIRA)

1+ years using order management systems (Placements.io, Atlas, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, vlookups, pivot tables)

Proficient in Google G Suite (e.g. Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
