The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience working as a warehouse dispatcher facilitating the movement of warehouse materials.salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities
Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support overall operations.
Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and company compliance standards.
Dispatch shuttle drivers, input driver logs, complete drive route bags, and process DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports)
Comply with all safety procedures and immediately report any unsafe conditions or practices to Management or the Safety Committee.
Enter data for shuttle billing, fuel logs, payroll, and KPIs related to DSO billing and lease driver reporting into tracking databases.
Verify the accuracy of driver paperwork and flag any issues for follow-up.
Handle all incoming inquiries from supervisors and customers, both in person and on the phone.
File all paperwork and maintain an organized and easily retrievable information system.
Identify areas needing corrective action and escalate issues as necessary.
Perform additional administrative and scheduling tasks as required.
Execute special projects as assigned by the Contract General Manager.
