Dynamics AX Business Analyst - $110k - Austin, TX

I am representing a Dynamics AX2012 R3 manufacturing firm that is searching for a Business or Functional Analyst. In this role, you will act as a trusted SME in the Microsoft ERP system, DAX2012. It will be a plus if you have D365 F&O experience.



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Act as a partner to supply chain, production, order management, inventory and purchasing modules

  • Participate in project coordination efforts, improving critical information systems

  • Analyze current business processes & make the best use of systems

  • Work with BS team to help with trouble shooting, evaluating data and processes, and incorporating solutions

  • Post-implementation review & analysis

  • Develop strategies to improve timeliness of information delivery and efficiency

  • Provide design, test, support & training during the course of the projects




Skills & Abilities


  • Driven for results with high energy

  • Ability to complete a full life cycle implementation of AX2012

  • Ability to grasp complex issues without getting overwhelmed

  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to upgrade from Dynamics AX to D365 F&O would be a plus

  • Knowledge on inventory management, procurement, production, planning, projects, and warehouse management modules


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience related to Dynamics AX2012 R3

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or related discipline
