Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking to fill a full-time position of Global Process Manager within Procure-to-Pay, for our Austin, TX office. As a key member of the Global Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Team, you will be responsible for providing project management and analysis to help drive the execution of the P2P global process transformation roadmap, general project portfolio and change management plans and work on special projects. The successful candidate will be expected to be energetic, innovative, be able to problem solve, recommend solutions, perform thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide good business guidance to cross functional business partners and fellow teammates, aiding in decision-making on a continuous basis.Required Skills:

Lead and contribute to global continuous improvement programs for P2P including processes, systems, and data management

Drive the P2P business process/product transformation roadmap and project portfolio with detailed analysis and support

Collaborate across functions and sites to harmonize requirements, lead the implementation of solutions, and facilitate change management

Function within a global network of matrixed stakeholders, super users, and subject matter experts associated with Source-to-Pay and Finance

Recommend solutions, provide analysis, and consolidate platforms to improve integration and to streamline processes in accordance with company policies and Finance objectives

Minimize the customization of solutions and advise on opportunities for standardization

Own the Global Process Team communication streams

Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership with focus on Product & Engineering teams

Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management with impacted business areas

Lead in the design and execution of testing strategies and plans

Lead and manage special projects as needed

Demonstrate an ability to improvise and adapt quickly, while ruthlessly prioritizing

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field

Knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, with a focus on P2P

Communicator, with proven experience in consulting with internal business clients, external suppliers, and external stakeholders

Experience with large ERP systems

Collaboration experience

Proven organization experience

Experience driving change and improving end-to-end process

Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving

Experience troubleshooting problems and developing solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Cross cultural and international experience

Experience on Oracle R12 Financials or Oracle Fusion

Working knowledge of Tableau reporting

Proven project management and process improvement skills

5+ years of P2P experience

3+ years of Project Management experience

In-depth understanding of global Procure-to-Pay & Sourcing processes

Experience working with or in support of diverse communities/suppliers
