Immediate need for Sr. Devops Consultant
Location : Austin/ TX
Rate : 120 to 125K
Visa: Non-Visa dependent only
Main skill is Devops /Powershell.
NOTE: writing modules in PowerShell
Deployment and build scripting in Power Shell.
Who are we looking for?
A senior level Devops resource with strong expertise in building CICD Pipleline, involving TDD, BDD etc. and programming skills using Java, REST or Soap Services, Web APIs, MongoDB (or SQL).
Technical Skills:
Min 9+ years of hands-on experience building Devops solutions
Have in depth knowledge in CI/CD Concepts, Branching strategies/methodologies.
Has worked extensively on Bamboo or Jenkins or any other tools.
Experience & proficiency in one or more major programming or scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, Python, Java).
Experience working with Cloud computing solutions, preferably Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
Experience using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.
Experience using application and synthetic monitoring tools, such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
Knowledge and experience with Windows 2008/2012/2016 operating systems, IIS, SQL
Knowledge of Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, PowerShell and Server administration.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations
Process Skills:
Well versed with Agile-Scrum
Broad range of development capabilities and technological breadth
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to provide detailed root cause analysis, resolution options, and long term improvements to avoid issues in the future
Behavioral/Leadership Skills :
Excellent oral and written communications
Communications: Ability to interact with Tier 3, Executives and Clients (consumers of data on the platform)
Self-motivated and thorough with multitasking skills
Strong debugging skills across a variety of integrated platforms
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience with Devops solution design and implementation.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
