Role, technical or sector experience required:
Plan, execution and coordination for application deployments across multiple services / microservices
Identify all touchpoint/stakeholders required for Application deployment.
Excellent Communication skills, experience in Customer migration
Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the senior management, decision-makers, stakeholders, department managers, and end users regarding pertinent migration activities
Ability to decompose large initiatives into constituent projects and executable technology delivery goals
Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with peer and senior management
Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities and enforcing accountability, developing and maintaining a budget and schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
Maintain standard project management documentation and metrics with limited direction.
Work directly with internal and external client counterpart, other project leads, and ongoing operations to deliver successful implementation and manage scope.
Manages implementations through all life cycles stages.
Own the project lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical and operational risks and issues for smaller projects that are not led by the Project Management Organization (PMO)
Work with peer Infrastructure and other IT Department Managers to provide input into the departmental vision and strategic road map for Data Center technical platforms
Provide organizational and cultural change leadership and change management
Build a culture of pro-activity, business cooperation, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Science with 5-10 years of experience
One of certification: SAFE / PMP / PMI
Ability to make sound and logical judgments
Strong customer relationship and customer service skills
Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
Hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for excellence

Highly self-motivated and directed
