This fast paced team is responsible for reviewing and approving all pre-service post-acute denial correspondence.
You'll be collaborating with RNs and Medical Directors on appropriate denial letter language that meets all CMS requirements including member friendly language while meeting TAT metrics.
Identifies a need for standard denial language and suggests options to close gaps.
Required Qualifications
Must have active current and unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in state of residence
3+ years of clinical experience
3+ years of experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
1+ year of Medicare experience
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 11am - 7pm eastern

Managed care experience
Leadership experience
Utilization Management, Precertification or Quality Management experience
EducationHigh school diploma with LPN/LVN certificationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$22.40 - $58.40This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
