Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with ten or more years of experience to help grow and strengthen our electrical engineering practice. We are looking for a licensed PE with experience delivering complex healthcare, federal, higher education, industrial, commercial, and mission critical projects who is excited to lead major project pursuits, mentor engineers, and help expand our electrical capabilities across Texas and the surrounding region.The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, helping expand our capabilities in federal, higher education, mission critical/data center, healthcare, industrial, and commercial markets. This individual will lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems, mentor developing engineers, support business development efforts, and help grow the team's technical depth. Through strong leadership and engineering expertise, they will play a key role in advancing Coffman's reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.
