As a Sr Product Manager, you'll be responsible for translating our high-level strategic vision for our new content experience product release. You will assist in the product roadmap and leading its execution. As a digital product manager, you'll develop the product strategy, lead the day-to-day management of those features/functions/experiences, initiate and prioritize projects and create the go-to-market plans. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, brand and marketing partners, business partners, content writers and technical developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, develop, and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering an engaging, market-leading digital experience.
  • Define the end-to-end experiences for sleep.com, including defining high-level requirements, translating this into a roadmap, and prioritizing the deliverables and execution.
  • Lead the development of new features from concept to launch through the entire digital product design life cycle from user research and ideation to prototyping to readiness planning.
  • Establish, track, and monitor key performance indicators to optimize the performance of the application funnel.
  • Strategically problem-solve with a focus on formulating a compelling vision and strategy and translating that to substantial roadmaps and results
  • Stay abreast of relevant emerging technologies/AI, content innovations and e-commerce trends to inform product direction and strategy
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product or channel management, preferably in content or media-based experiences.
  • Experience with eCommerce systems
  • Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging
  • Deep experience in design thinking, UX and Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with designers and developers to craft usable experiences
  • Experience with data analysis and using a data driven approach to drive decision making.
  • Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams
  • Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to take complex concepts and distill simplified, data-driven solutions that are in alignment with product goals and KPIs
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of the experiences
  • A curious, can-do attitude and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
