Their engineering department currently consists of 4 teams largely across development and data, as well as teams addressing unique geospatial product needs. You will act as a hands-on manager to one of their development needs, designing and developing top of the line software solutions, as well as mentoring junior staff. This job is really looking at things like what are the teams' constraints, compliance requirements, how projects connect, and getting those deliverables executed affectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have stellar communication skills with previous systems engineering experience building software with Python, Microservices, and various AWS tools.
