You enjoy managing both on/off-shore teams while applying cutting edge business solutions in an Enterprise environment. This individual will be tasked with overseeing architecture and the implementation processes across our Fulfillment, Delivery and Returns platform. You are an ambitious person who can work in a high-performance, Agile/Scrum environment. You will be appointed to research new technologies and share your insights with your team to streamline proficiency.This position will sit fulltime in Austin, TX.You will: Lead all aspects of software development lifecycle that includes requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, reviews, automation, testing, integration, configuration management, and troubleshooting in a C#.NET environment Work with Product Owners / Business Analysts / Architects & the Development team to develop product technical product road map and timelines Collaborate with other leaders, architects and product owners to ensure alignment Manage technical resources in multiple regions and time zones Manage support and escalation issues Assist with .NET architecture, design enhancements and new software / hardware integrations Meet established deadlines while releasing software of the highest quality Provide nimble, rapid-prototyping for custom projects and new product ideas Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Seamlessly incorporate new designs and systems into existing processes Analyze system requirements, conduct feasibility studies and advise alternative approachesYour background:As a Technical .NET Lead/Engineering Manager, you have: Demonstrated 10 years’ experience in Software Engineering with 3 years or more focused in a technical leadership role Experience in development and migration of solutions to the cloud, (AWS or Azure) Working experience and knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies and Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle is a must You have experience in the design and development of automated, (CI/CD) solutions You have the ability to cultivate and grow talent You have excellent communication skills that includes technical team members and with senior level leadership Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required Experience in Logistics, Shipping or eCommerce industries is a plus!We will: Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career Offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas Deliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organization Offer comprehensive benefits globally (pbprojectliving.com)Our Team:Since 1999, the [Fulfillment, Delivery & Returns (FDR)] team has been transforming the consumer experience.
