Winner Winner is looking for an experienced customer service ace for a counter service position. We're a tiny little family, so we need someone who can do it all - cashier, bartend, lite food prep, slice meat (similar to BBQ), make sandwiches - all with a smile and good dose of hustle and the confidence to solo when necessary. The right person will be comfortable making independent decisions and will be invested in the success of the business. If you are looking for a long term work-home, this could be the place for you.
We are: a family owned and operated counter service restaurant serving high quality, pastured rotisserie meats, a wide variety of seasonal sides, desserts, beer and wine. A familiarity with and appreciation for farm to table food is a plus.
You are: quirky, friendly, genuine, confident, knowledgable, organized, on top of whatever you're doing.
We strive to be a neighborhood hub, and value the ability to connect with our community of customers in a real way. We want them to feel like they're visiting an old friend when they come in. It's an intimate vibe. We know our customers' names.
Hourly pay commensurate with experience, plus tip share.
Schedule will be set, but flexibility is a must.
Must have reliable transportation.
