We are looking for guest-driven, hardworking and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. All our concepts are known for providing superior service, high-quality menus with the freshest ingredients, sophisticated, yet approachable wine lists and a thoughtful craft spirits program. We have a strong training program to help you prepare for the position and be successful. We have a strong belief in promoting from within as many of our leaders started in various positions and advanced along the way. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and respectful with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, hospitality driven and team player mindset.
If you consider yourself a leader who is firm, yet fair, and who knows how to strike the balance between creating an enjoyable working environment while never losing sight of the guest experience, we want to hear from you. You should be self-directed and a pro-active trouble-shooter, having a solid base knowledge of Wine and Spirits is a plus. Two years of previous management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Ensuring the restaurant is guest ready always by assigning opening and closing duties to staff.
Train staff in dining room procedures, including service, sanitation, and safety processes as well as any new roll-outs for the menu or training.
Observe and evaluate employee's ensuring quality standards and service are being provided always and provide any coaching or further training needed.
Perform personnel actions, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating schedules and provided continuing education.
Oversee service to guests by managing and supervising the front of house team, including servers, hosts, bar backs and event support, etc.
