Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club, managed by Troon Golf, has the exceptional career opportunity for a select individual as Sauté Cook. A full-time role includes a benefits package available after six months of continuous employment including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Previous saute/broil/grill experience a plus
Must be able to work clean, and be health inspection ready at all times.
Must possess passion and attention to detail, enjoy prep, busy services and be enthusiastic about producing a quality product.
Essential Duties:
ï¨ Prepares sufficient quantities of food product in accordance to production plan or forecast needs.
ï¨ Wraps, dates, and rotates food items
ï¨ Utilizes whole food products eliminating any waste
ï¨ Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
ï¨ Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
ï¨ Requisitions inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production
ï¨ Ensures proper storage of food items
ï¨ Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
ï¨ Regular and reliable attendance
ï¨ Performs other duties as required
Shifts is Wednesday - Saturday a la carte dinner service and one additional shift TBD, but will also include banquet coverage, etc.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
