Spartan Pizza is hiring managers and pizza cooks!!
What we need:
Cooks with hand-tossed pizza/BOH experience
OR
Hard-working & motivated leaders who possess the following skills:
⢠Communication: The ability to engage with co-workers and customers effectively
⢠Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated and driven
⢠Attention to detail: Focus and situational awareness
⢠Sense of Urgency: The ability to work quickly in high volume situations
Pay:
-Managers paid hourly based on experience + tips
-Cook pay starts at $11/hr + tips, will go higher based on experience
-Tips are usually $3-4/hr and paid out at the end of every shift
-Free meal for every shift worked
