Il Brutto is currently hiring Line and Prep Cooks to join our already successful kitchen team!
Il Brutto is a neighborhood Italian Restaurant located in East Austin. Il Brutto offers brunch, and dinner in a 5,000-square-foot restaurant that features a large, open kitchen, a separate bar and lounge, a private dining room, and shaded patio seating surrounding a live oak tree. Headed by Chef Erind Halilaj who was previously involved with ObicĂ Mozzarella Bar in New York, the menu features fresh antipasti, daily housemade pasta, and pizza baked in the restaurant's Neapolitan wood-burning oven. Il Brutto's beverage program highlights an extensive selection of Italian wines from an on-site cellar, well as local beers and a vast selection of amari, vermouth and grappa.
