We are looking for a Lead Line Cook to join our exceptional team, We are a fish-forward restaurant inspired by Nikkei and Japanese cuisine and committed to sustainability. Applicants should have a working knowledge of current food trends.
The Lead Lineâ¯is responsible for assisting our Kitchen Sous Chef in overall operations for the back of house andâ¯â¯kitchenâ¯â¯area of our restaurant.â¯â¯Lead Lineâ¯directsâ¯staff, purchases food and stock, and makes sureâ¯all staffâ¯is trained on proper food preparation andâ¯â¯kitchenâ¯â¯safety techniques.â¯This applicant must be reliable and have flexible availability.
Qualifications:
