I'm looking for a couple or individuals that are able to do a combination of positions and work as a live-in in the Hill Country Area.
This particular job is located in the Junction, TX and would be best as a live in position.
Qualifications (No Exceptions, Please read all):
Maintenance Man:
- Must have experience in Make-readys and capable of:
(Light Framing, Finishing, painting, troubleshooting, Trim Installation, Drywall repairs, Landscaping, pool maintenance, light Plumbing, and Electrical). The more experience the better.
- Be able to manage your time
- Must have your own basic Tools
- Must be able to Troubleshoot issues and come up with solutions
- Bilingual Preferred
- Must be Dependable
- Must be able to follow Directions and work well with others
- Plus's are being able to cook
Laundry/ Housekeeper:
- Must have knowledge of Motel Housekeeping
- Be able to do laundry
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be able to efficiently clean rooms from top to bottom
- Must be reliable
- Plus's are - being able to cook, bilingual, run the front desk
If you DON'T meet these qualifications, I will not be interested.
Pay will be negotiated and depends on experience along with capable work performance.
Rooms rent weekly and you will be required to work a 30 to 40 hour work week.
This job is for someone that is looking to work primarily in exchange for their room and board.
