I am looking for a world class difference maker for my amazing sports restaurant
Our goal for our guest is to be able to build relationships with eachother and with us all while enjoying the best food and drinks in Austin while in a fun sports environment. The goal for our staff is to make sure we hit the goal for our guest. Our guest base is awesome and growing everyday.
There are two positions that I am looking for Superstars in
1, Our server / bartender position -- For this position prior bartending experience in a restaurant environment is required. This position will require you to be both on our bartender schedule as well as our server schedule.
2. Server position. - This position does not require prior experience but is helpful.
What else is required??? Good question
1. Must be able to work weekends and have some lunch availability through the week.
2. Must have the belief that your standards determine how much money you make.
3. Must have reliable transportation !!
