MY Chocolate Kitchen is an established owner operated commercial kitchen in Horseshoe Bay, TX, about 45 min. SW of Austin. Everything is hand made, on-site. We are currently accepting applications for a part-time assistant position in a 5 year old company getting ready to expand.
Currently seeking assistant to owner/chef/chocolatier to learn all parts of the business of making & packaging chocolate for a resort, vineyard bed & breakfast, wineries, special events & classes. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience (with chocolate, a plus) or educated in the culinary arts. Must have extreme attention to detail, good with hands and enjoy working as part of a team. Must be open to instruction and very willing to learn and adapt. Compensation will be based on experience. Be willing to work some weekends & holidays for special events.
