We are looking to hire a well polished, outgoing, professional, energetic candidate for the position of General Manager.
We are looking for an individual who possess the ability to achieve high productivity through themselves and others in a positive manner while ensuring quality is never compromised.
We are seeking a General Manager that is enthusiastic with a positive attitude and who loves and enjoys interacting with guests...making sure no guest is left behind and all guest are wowed!!

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
Must be able to hold a conversation
Must be able to be coached and developed

Must have a great positive attitude always and be poised under pressure regardless of the situation!
Must have a really high attention to details
Must have understanding of the necessity to be passionate about the guest experience and making a good first impression.
Must be able to work all shifts and work multiple positions.
Must be responsible and punctual.
Must be able to work nights and occasionally during the day.
Must have excellent communication skills and loves guest interactions.
Again.......must be able to follow instructions.
We are an upscale and every team member is required to dress up. Men: At a minimum...Long sleeve dress shirt, slacks, black dress shoes. Women: Dress/skirts and heels.
