Cloud Automation Engineer to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Setting up continuous delivery with automated workflow
• Ensuring compliance and security management
• Deploying Infrastructure automation and maturing the automation model to optimize infrastructure management including provisioning, maintenance, failover, and disaster recovery
• Troubleshooting and performance tuning of cloud services in development, test and production environments

WORKER EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field of study.
• Experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Working experience with Chef and Ansible configuration management

Working experience with monitoring applications such as Dynatrace and Manage Engine

Strong/Expert knowledge of PowerShell, AZ CLI, shell

Strong security/audit awareness

Experience in creation/modification of Chef or Ansible playbooks/roles.

Experience in the creation/modification of Job Templates/Projects/Inventories/Workflows and other Chef Tower Objects
