Immediate and long-term opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to work on State Funded initiative. The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing Business Analyst work to ensure quality standards are maintained and stakeholders needs are being met. Additionally, the Lead Business Analyst will assist with the mentoring of other Business Analysts to ensure processes for Use Cases and User Stories are clearly defined.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of experience developing Use Case documentation and User Stories
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst mentoring and coaching junior resources
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Previous experience working for Texas State Agency is Preferred
