Organization Change Management Analyst (OCM) to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities
  • Capturing the effectiveness of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and projects progress through the configuration and maintenance of data, analysis of metrics.
  • Creation of visualization of solutions and communication of results to enable timely, effective action planning and the success of the CRM program.
  • Owning complex data sets across a variety of sources, producing analytics to visualize data and creating tailored performance dashboard skills and all communications that provide insight to leadership, ITS teams, customers and stakeholders.
Special Requirements:
Remote Access during Covid 19.
Individuals will utilize client's issued laptops and work remotely from their home office. Individuals must have adequate home office network connectivity.

Provides project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry best practices to improve cross functional coordination and communication during project execution.

Facilitates the formation and ongoing prioritization of the CRM program. Assists in monitoring and evaluating the health of the CRM program. Recommends course corrections when necessary. Supports CRM governance decision making including facilitation of ongoing governance meetings. Participates in the ongoing CRM risk management process. Develops and disseminates performance measures and reports on the status and health of the CRM.
Develops and continually improves standards, guidance and templates to inform the execution of change management programs, projects and services within the CRM.

Compiles weekly status reports complied by Change Managers. Creates a weekly executive summary of all project statuses including highlights for leaderships attention. Generates high quality tailored reports and analysis to inform decision making for senior leadership.

Supports the development and maintenance of relationships within ITD and across the agency. Develops and executes communication plans for the CRM to communicate project work, priorities and impacts across the agency in an effort to provide transparency into CRM projects. Monitors new advances in Change Management Analytics and identifies opportunities to leverage innovations and support change management and performance metrics. Supports efforts for continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Organization Development, Communications, Business Administration etc. or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
