Our client in Southwest Austin is looking for a Patient Coordinator for their growing holistic medicine clinic. This is a very important role and the right candidates should be both experienced and dedicated. This is a full time, temp to permanent position that will pay $15-17/hr. The hours are M-F; 8am 5pm. Job Description:
This role will act as the patient/doctor/ employee liaison for the clinic
Answers phones, emails, and take messages
Intake calls for lab results and prescription details
Administrative duties such as filing and data entry
Others duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
2-3 experience in a medical administrative role - patient advocate experience helpful
Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task
Very compassionate, customer first attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Reliable, and looking to grow with a company
