Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager:
Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
Hospice Admission experience
Current BCLS certification
Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing
Valid Driverâs license and reliable automobile
Proof of current automobile insurance (MVR checked)
Criminal background check clearance.
Maintains a high level of knowledge pertaining to the management of pain and symptoms in the dying process.
Participates in the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program.
Participates in agency on-call schedule.
Performs other activities as assigned.
