The HT Group is now hiring an energetic and skilled Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruiting department for a great company in Southwest Austin. Join a team that recruits and hires top candidates in over 50 locations. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and previous experience in HR/Recruiting. 4-year degree required, screening/sourcing experience or a desire to learn a must!Temp for 45 days with possibility of extension$18-25/hour DOEM-FSouthwest AustinResponsibilities:Sourcing candidates for 50 locations across the U.S.Assists in posting jobs and finding qualified candidates to present to recruiter for initial screening process.Searching ATS and resume databases, reaching out to both active and passive candidates to generate interest in open roles.Additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned.Qualfications:4-year college degree requiredExperience with ADP preferredPrevious experience in Recruiting/Sourcing highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of professionalismTeam-mindset and desire to support Recruiting effortsStrong technical skills, with ATS/Recruiting software preferredAbility to take instruction and learn quicklyPlease submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
