LoneStar Distribution Solutions is seeking qualified and dependable individuals to join our expanding operations team in Austin, Texas. We are filling multiple roles within our warehouse, including Forklift Operators, and Inventory Clerks. Candidates must demonstrate strong reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Forklift Operator (Sit-Down and Stand-Up)
Material Handler
Shipping & Receiving Associate
Inventory Control Assistant
General Warehouse Associate
All roles are full-time and require the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience (position-specific experience preferred)
Strong and verifiable work history
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform standard physical warehouse tasks, including bending, stooping, and prolonged standing
Forklift positions require prior equipment operation experience and adherence to safety procedures
