Growing Lawn Care company seeking Crew Chief/Manager to assist in development of company growth. Seeking skilled, hard working, dependable, customer focused, positive thinking leader with experience in the lawn care industry. With the growing season slowed down, I am anticipating a hire date of early to mid February but would like to post now to begin interview process soon and have a clean transition leading into next season.
Lawn Care experience Required
Qualifications -
Must carry skilled background in all basic Residential and Commercial Lawn Care Related tasks (mowing, weed-eating, backpack blowing, shrub trimming, etc)
Must have experience using aerators, applying fertilizers, completing small to mid-scale residential mulch, rock installs.
Along with the above, seeking someone who has professional experience in one or more of the following areas, Irrigation, Horticulture (Plant Identification and Maintenance), Tree Trimming, or Landscape Construction.
Seeking someone who wants to assist in Business development and continue to grow a business and grow within a business.
Will also be seeking additional Crew Members if you have a crew.
