Position requirements:
Able to follow instructions, be a good listener and desire to provide a high standard of lawn maintenance
Previous exp. with another lawn MAINTENANCE company, and able to edge and float edges proficiently and rapidly when called upon to do so.
Must have 2 forms of ID that can be photo-copied and kept on file.
MUST have a phone and reliable transportation.
Must be timely, dependable, and able to work effectively with 2 other people.
Must be in good shape, a fast mover, &able to deal with the Texas heat.
Must be professional, courteous, and honest.
Must be neatly groomed, and free of visible neck and face tattoos and piercings.
Must be able to communicate well in English.
Must have all proper documents & paperwork for employment.
Crew leaders must have a felony free criminal record, & a valid drivers license with a good driving record
Must be able to efficiently use lawn equipment 8+ hours per day, and be able to work Saturdays, and Sundays, and 40+ hours per week when needed. (Employees currently averaging between 45 and 55 hours per week, Plenty of opportunity for overtime. Performance based pay increases every 3 months.
