Premium Parking is currently seeking a Lot Attendant to monitor our parking locations in Austin, TX using their own reliable transportation.
We want someone who is a self-starter and works well independently.
What a Lot Attendant Does¦
- Clean and inspect parking facilities and equipment
- Track and assist Lead Technician with maintenance tasks
- Audit rates at pay machines and on the online platform
- Report available space and on-site traffic directing during special events
- Execute special projects as directed by management
- Assist customers with the parking transaction process
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures
What a Lot Attendant Needs¦
- Valid license with driving experience
- Pass a criminal background check
- Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of personnel
- Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends
- Open to working primarily outdoors
- Willingness to gain proficiency in using Apple iOS and in-house software
