Social Security Disability Law Firm seeking an Intake Specialist in our downtown Austin office with a minimum of three years' experience in an office environment, preferably involving substantial client or customer contact. Knowledge of the Social Security Disability process helpful but not required. Duties include heavy telephone and email contact with prospective clients. Must be thoroughly organized, have excellent computer and communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office products as well as general Windows and internet usage. Must be a non-smoker, Spanish very helpful. Excellent benefits include 100% paid health insurance and 401-K. Office hours are 8:00 5:00, Monday-Friday.
