Law firm with focus on personal injury litigation and work place injuries is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to work 24 to 28 hours per week between the hours of 9-5. The position requires prior experience setting up litigation files, using File & ServeXpress, drafting documents, managing discovery, requesting medical records and setting up personal injury files. The preferred candidate will have experience working in a personal injury law firm, have a professional demeanor, and enjoy working in a small office environment. Most of our staff is working remotely at this time and we are only seeing clients remotely at this time, however this is not a remote position and would require working in person in an office.
