Vima Decor is actively seeking a Sales/Marketing/Office Assistant in Austin, TX.
Duties include but not limited to:
Assisting sales team with inputting and processing orders, payments and sending balance statements, managing stock room, and showroom updates
Working with marketing on website and catalog updates, email specials and other marketing material as needed
Communicating with customers directly and delivering samples as needed
Assisting walk-in customers
Managing and ordering office supplies, scheduling office maintenance, and handling operations for Austin office
Scheduling and attending trade shows and travel as needed
Requirements:
Organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Microsoft Office experience
College degree preferred
Must have reliable transportation
