An Austin-based manufacturing business is looking for quality-minded, detail focused, and production driven people to fill several mechanical assembly positions, INCLUDING LEAD
Mechanical assemblers, electronic sub-assemblers, and packagers needed

- Willing to cross-train, and move between processes as needed
LEAD POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years managing a team of between 5 and 12 assemblers
Mechanical or Electro-mechanical experience a must
Lean/Efficient manufacturing principles
Experience with managing, training, hiring, and discipline
Works with multiple cross-functional teams, both up and down stream from area of responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills a must. ERP system knowledge a definite plus

Work hours typically between 6am and Midnight, M-Fr, depending on shift, and with occasional weekend/OT work available as needed.
