Position: Production Assembler
Hours: Full-time, non-exempt position; 40-hour flexible schedule work week; optional overtime generally available, rarely required

Job Description:
Responsible for accurately assembling Setcom products by hand.
Hand solder wire to wire, and wire to cup operations as directed by schematic.
Audit bills of materials prior to building products and communicate discrepancies.
Maintain orderly workstation.
Perform other administrative tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:
High School Degree required.
Previous assembly experience not required.
Reliable transportation.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Professional skills: Attention to detail, dependability, ability to work and communicate well with others, self-motivation, ability to work independently to meet production related goals.
